"Well groomed eyebrows are a must," says Jemma.

The Jemma Kidd Make Up School Brow & Eye Kit, available in larger Boots stores, has everything you need to help get beautiful brows!
"A neat and well-defined brow balances and opens up the face" reveals Jemma. "I never begin putting make-up on a model until I am sure the brows look right. They are one of the key features - and unlike lips, eyes and noses - brows are easily changed, so it is important to invest time in finding out which brow shape suits the face."
This portable brow kit contains everything one needs to create the perfect shape and finish for brows.

STEP 1
Tidy:
Begin by tweezing any hairs that grow below the brow, pulling in the direction of the hair growth and as close to the root as possible. Your brow should start in line with the inner corner of your eye while the highest point of the arch is normally two-thirds of the way along. To open out the eye, be sure the end of your brow doesn't drop towards the outer corner of your eye, but lifts slightly or runs parallel.

STEP 2
Brush:
Smooth the hairs in the direction of their growth - the applicator will help you keep them neat. Simply brush in the direction of hair growth with upward strokes.

STEP 3
Define:
It is crucial to use a shade that suits your natural colouring. Dark, heavy brows look awful on blonde or red-haired women. These three shades can be used separately or mixed to create an individual tone that's right for you. The silky-finish is subtle, so that you can layer until you reach your desired intensity. The angled brush allows you to apply and then shape the colour to a fine line. Use short, feathery strokes to apply the colour, filling any gaps and defining the arch, start and end of your brow. Always start a shade lighter than your natural colour and then, if required, go over the brow in a darker colour.
